Dates and Location
This contest is scheduled to take place 06/30/2009 at White’s Mountain Chevrolet Casper, Wyoming. This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.
 
Who is Eligible
Anyone who purchases a new or used vehicle during the month of June 2009 from White’s Mountain Chevrolet Casper, Wyoming. The total amount of rolls is 200. The remaining rolls will be raffled off online at the local Gap West Radio Stations. All contestants must be 21 years of age on June 30th 2009 and legal U.S. residents.
 
How to Play
The first 200 eligible contestants will be given the opportunity to attempt to win the Grand Prize by providing all the requested information in the official registration binder and rolling a set of 6 pre-printed dice after receiving instructions to do so from the Contest Administrator. In order to be a valid attempt each contestant must:
 
1.)    Print and sign their full name in the official registration binder. Name        must be printed clearly to be eligible.
2.)    After completing this information and upon the direction of the Contest Administrator, the contestant must then roll the provided set of six dice in accordance with the requirements outlined herein.
3.)    Must be present on June 30th 2009, 5:00p.m. at White’s Mountain Chevrolet Casper, Wyoming to win.
4.)    LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON
 
No other form of entry other than that is provided in these rules will be allowed. All entries will become the property of White’s Mountain Chevrolet and will not be returned. If a selected finalist does not meet the eligibility requirements, does not wish to participate or is not present, will be disqualified. An alternate finalist will be randomly selected. The decision of the Judges is final.

In order to receive the Grand Prize
In order for the Grand prize to be awarded, the six dice rolled by the contestant must come to rest with C-A-M-A-R-O face up in accordance with these rules, and the contestant must be the first contestant to have achieved this results.
 
 
 
Eligible dice roll attempt requirements
·        All dice roll attempts must occur in the presence of the contest the administrator, and must be recorded on video tape in their entirety. And dice roll attempt not in the presence on the contest administrator, or that is not video taped in it entirety for any reason will be disqualified and is not eligible for the Grand Prize, regardless of outcome.
·        Contestants neither are nor permitted to take practice or warm-up rolls prior to their attempt. Once the dice has been rolled their attempt is considered to be started.
·        Each eligible contestant must roll all six dice at one time. Contestants may not attempt to change the outcome of any rolled die by hitting the die with a subsequent roll attempt.
·        Each die must be tossed in a way that does not allow the contestant to “set the dice”, alter or influence the random outcome of the roll
·        Each die must be rolled a minimum of two feet in distance from the contestant, in order to prevent the contestant from altering, affecting, influencing the random outcome of the roll. The contestant administrator will designate the demarcation line that each die must cross during the roll attempt, as well as the line behind the contestant must be positioned to take his/her attempt.
·        All dice must come to a rest lying completely flat and individually.
·        All dice must land on and remain on the designated playing surface.
·        No dice can come in contact with any person or object other that the designated playing surface or walls.
·        If any die comes in contact with any person or object other that the designated playing surface, walls or backstop or other dice (when rolling all six dice at once) or if any person or object in any way interferes, alters, changes or affects the random outcome of the roll, then the entire attempt is disqualified and the contestant may not receive another attempt.

The following will result in the contestant being required to re-roll the entire dice roll attempt
If any the following outcomes occur, that dice roll is disqualified and the contestant will be granted a maximum of one re-roll attempt. The contestant must re-roll all six dice.
·        If the contest administrator deems that any die has failed to pass the demarcation line.
·        If any die is leaning in any manner.
·        If any die leaves the designated playing surface.
·        If any contestant inadvertently drops a die as they are preparing to roll and the die dropped die does not meet the eligible dice roll requirements as stated in the contest rules.
In all circumstances an eligible contestant may have a maximum of on re-roll attempt. In an event of a second ineligible dice roll attempt the contestant will be disqualified and the contestant will not be eligible for any prize regardless of the outcome of their roll.
 
 
Prize Awards and Delivery
·        In the event of a successful dice roll attempt the select finalist will be awarded the Grand prize of 2010 Chevrolet Camaro.
·        Maximum of one Grand Prize will be awarded.
·        All other costs related to prize delivery are the responsibility of the winner including but not limited to all federal, state and local taxes. No prize substitutions allowed, no cash redemption is allowed. Grand prize winner will be required to complete a W-9 form.
·        By participating in this promotion entrants agree to abide and be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Judges which are final in all matters relating to this promotion.
