Brooke in the service department did an excellent job of setting me up with new fuel injectors and when the parts came ( way ahead of schedule), she had them installed immediately. I was really impressed by the level of service I received. Thank you Brooke, David Ehrlich .

Braden did an excellent job helping us find the vehicle that met our needs perfectly. He was knowledgeable and respectful and went the extra mile helping us agree upon a trade and purchase amount. He stayed late to help us close the deal. The financing department was fantastic as well. He found a lower interest rate than I had found and was very efficient with the paperwork,.

Estimate process went well. The estimator had a question about the repair, and quickly had a shop technician come out and explain what the repair would involve. With the exception of the license plate mounting bracket having to get replaced, the job was right where the estimate quoted.

While at the dealership in the lobby, everything was great. Nice snacks, TV, and water. When I brought my pickup in for its oil change appointment, they said that they would get it in as soon as possible. I checked at the desk after about an hour and a half and it was sitll sitting outside where I had parked it. I went up to the service desk to see if everything was alright and they had found out that the paper work was completed but the paper was NOT turned in. When they found the paperwork The people appologized and the vehicle was taken right in. (a paper error, but I thought my vehicle would be taken care of sooner than it did)
