Was done quickly and everything done correctly

Spencer and Brad always take great care of Atlantic Electric Inc. We will buy more trucks in the future.

Estimate process went well. The estimator had a question about the repair, and quickly had a shop technician come out and explain what the repair would involve. With the exception of the license plate mounting bracket having to get replaced, the job was right where the estimate quoted.

While at the dealership in the lobby, everything was great. Nice snacks, TV, and water. When I brought my pickup in for its oil change appointment, they said that they would get it in as soon as possible. I checked at the desk after about an hour and a half and it was sitll sitting outside where I had parked it. I went up to the service desk to see if everything was alright and they had found out that the paper work was completed but the paper was NOT turned in. When they found the paperwork The people appologized and the vehicle was taken right in. (a paper error, but I thought my vehicle would be taken care of sooner than it did)

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Very professional.

I was able to call and get an appointment set up for an oil change. They were very courteous and I was able to wait while it was done. They did a great job!!
