Service department and shuttle driver are always pleasant.

I was able to call and get an appointment set up for an oil change. They were very courteous and I was able to wait while it was done. They did a great job!!

Had a 8am appointment for oil change and check service 4WD error message. Finally done with vehicle at 4pm. Why make an appointment if it takes all day to service. Once got home with my vehicle, checked air filter, didn't even blow it out or fill windshield fluids like they said they did on paperwork received. Not a happy customer.
